Constitution: Synergetic Additives of Proton-Releasing Agent.

Feature: This is a very special catalyst system is so tailored to optimize performance, Reduce strength losses, impart aesthetic handle, and control formaldehyde emission (Formaldehyde Pre condensate).

One of the unique feature of the Lyzerfix DP is that is completes the curing operation while it is been subjected to dry heat in the polymerization and the post polymerization changes are kept to the most minimum.

Advantages:
Lyzerfix DP controls the uniform pH of the fabric or garments.

This product eliminates the strength loss and at same time enhances the crease recovery angle.

The most important advantage is that it imparts intrinsic a smooth drying characteristic, thereby giving smooth appearance to the treated fabric or garments.


Usage: It is strongly recommanded to use LuzerFiz DP in combination with LyzerSoft PCR. & LyzerSoft JCW to achieve the best result of Durable Press. It can also be used with any Formaldehyde Pre condensate as a replacement of MgC12.

The dosage of the product varies between 4.0 to 8.0% on the weight of the garment & 20 to 40 gpl in padding. The quantity of the product would vary depending upon the nature of the substrate, pre-treatments etc.

Storage Store in a cool place at temperature below 40°C. Solidifies at O°C. Fully useable after thawing and stirring. When properly stored, shelf life is at least 6 months.
