(Anti-creasing agent performs desizing of garments to avoid obstinate crease formation.)

Appearance: Off-white Paste.

Constitution: Non-ionic stabilized lipids.

Application: Denim fabric contains about 8-10% sizes, mainly starch and its derivatives. The presence of this size hinders the adequate results of washing.

Amylase based enzymes play a major role here. A lubricant helps in reducing rubbing between the fabric and machinery. It also helps in preventing an uneven rough look and stubborn wrinkles. Once the crease is formed and set, it results in formation of streak marks in subsequent bio fading. Lyzersoft AC-D is designed to counter these frictional effects while desizing. The bath is set with water containing Lyzersoft AC-D (1-3% owg
or 2 to 3 g/l) and the temperature raised to 60-65 deg and the enzyme is added to the system and run for about 20 to 30 minutes. The bath is drained followed by two warm rinses at the same temperature.

LyzerSoft AC-D gives a gliding property which tends to give less creases and reduced mechanical friction to the high speed running fabric.
In garment processing it avoids creases formation and friction.
LyzerSoft AC-D is almost non foaming.
Lyzersoft AC-D prevents formation of accidental creases, which stand out eminently as streak marks during bio fading.
