LyzerDen ABS

(Anti-back staining medium for denim wash)

Appearance: Clear to translucent liquid.

Structure: Dispersing agent.

Description: Desizing and bio-fading are two major processes involved in denim washing. During these two procedures, denim garments discharge significant amounts of dyestuff that loose fixation which further tend to redeposit themselves reducing the contrast in denim fabric considerably.

Lyzerden ABS plays a leading role in eliminating redeposit and resists fading of fabric exposed to ozone. Its usage culminates in providing better contrast during the final stage.

Directions: Lyzerden ABS is to be added to the bio-fading bath. Temperatures and pH rely on the type of enzyme used. Add the required quantiy of cellulase enzyme to the bath and work it for 45-90 min as per results to be established.

An alkaline rinse followed by a thorough wash is recommended at the end of the treatment to deactivate the enzyme. The recommended application level varies between 0.5 –1 gpl of the treatment bath.
