LyzerKlin DR
(washing of Disperse - Reactive Prints on polyester cellulosic
blends)
LyzerKlin DR is primarily developed for washing of Disperse -
Reactive Prints on polyester cellulosic blends. It can remove
unfixed Disperse and Reactive tints on blend. However this
product is more popularly used for washing of Reactive dyed
blends with woven patterns. The cloth with weaving pattern
having straps or squares with floats of viscose are dyed in
Reactive colours. Polyester floats are in alternative straps are
theoretically expected to remain pure white in Reactive dyeing
process. Unexpectedly some ractive colours tint polyester
heavily and resist to wash off to white. LyzerKlin DR washes
such type of dyeings to give bright untinted polyester.
PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES
1) Brownish - Yellow transparent liquid.
2) Typical harmless odour.
3) Nonionic Anionic Blend to work effectively over wide range of
temperature.
Dissolves in water under mild alkaline condition. Hence 0.5 g/l
of caustic soda is required for free dissolution during washing
to get best effects.
APPLICATION
After printing and or dyeing of blend with reactive & disperse
dyes or dyeing of blend with reactive dye alone after fixation
wash as follows:
1) Atleast two cold washes to remove free colour and printing
gums etc. Soap at near boil on winch for 20 min. with following
chemicals.
LyzerKlin DR - 5 g/l
Caustic soda - 0.5 g/l
2) Repeat the soaping if required with half the conc.of above
chemical ls at near boil for 20 min.
3) Hot wash
4) Cold Wash with acetic acid 1 gpl to complete the process.
For dyeing of turquoise blue shade it is suggested to use only
Vinyl sulphone type of dye (Remazol Tur. Blue G) for obtaining
better whiteness on polyester.
It is observed that many reactive colours (Reactive Red RB) soil
polyester heavily. It is suggested to use Remazol type of
colours as they soil polyester to a lesser degree. It is
suggested to take pretrials with different colours to get
minimum tinting on polyester during dyeing, so that removal of
tint is easier.
STORAGE: The product enjoys very good shelf life and warrants no
particular storage conditions. However it is always advisable to
have moderate conditions with the container being recapped
tightly after use. 9 to 12 months if stored below 30°c
Packing: 30 , 50 & 200 Kgs in Plastic Container.
Note:
According to our best knowledge and technical experiments, the above data is true and accurate. Regarding to variety of consumption procedures, it is recommended to evaluate the
