LyzerKlin RCD
LyzerKlin RCD is a very good washing agent for cotton
/viscose material dyed or printed with Reactive Colours.
LyzerKlin RCD is useful in both batch washing processes such as
washing on jigger / winch /kundi(open tank) and continuous
washing processes such as washing on soaper with six
compartments.
LYZERKLIN RCD ACTS VERY FAST
LyzerKlin RCD works even on soaper with six compartments, where
time of contact of reactive printed material with washing liquor
containing LyzerKlin RCD is hardly less than a minute.
Under these conditions also it gives tint free, bright prints.
Unprinted white portions in the print, remain dazzling white
& unsoiled. LyzerKlin RCD acts to remove printing gums during
washing. This produces prints with soft handle. It becomes
easier to finish these fabrics and saves in the cost of
softening agent.
PHYSICAL & CHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF
LYZERKLIN RCD
1. White to straw yellow paste.
2. Typical refreshing odour, harmless in nature.
3. Non ionic and anionic blend.
4. pH of 10 % solution of LyzerKlin RCD is about 10.5 to 11.0
5. Dilutable with soft water to any extent, giving slightly
milky emulsions. However; if only hard water is available, usage
of Hexameta phosphate - 1gm/lit is recommended.
APPLICATION
As per normal industrial practice, dyeing of reactive
colours is carried out on jiggers. After fixation is over, dyed
goods are subjected to washing. Similarly printed goods after
fixation by steaming or silicate padding, are subjected to
washing either on winches or in kundis batch by batch. However:
if the production is more, it is desirable to wash goods in
continuous manner. This may be achieved by using either jumbo
soaper or soaper with six compartments. The water consumption on
jumbo type soapers is really prohibitive. Also the equipment
costs are very high. LyzerKlin RCD provides the means to
effectively wash these goods on ordinary soaper with six
compartments. The method for washing of both dyed / printed
goods is as follows:
RECOMMENDED WASHING PROCESS
FIRST STEP
1 st end on jig or Cold running water treatment
1 st wash on winch or This removes excess of free
1 st kundi treatment or colour, allows the printing
1 st compartment of soaper gum to swell, use 1 g/l of
Hexameta Phosphate(for hard water)
SECOND STEP
2 nd end on jigger
2 nd wash on winch ---- do -----
2 nd kundi treatment
2 nd compartment of soaper
THIRD STEP
3 rd end on jigger Hot water treatment with
3 rd wash on winch LyzerKlin RCD 3 g/l,
3 rd kundi wash preferably near boil.
3 rd compartment of soaper use 1 g/l Hexameta if req.
FOURTH STEP
4 th end on jigger Hot water treatment with
4 th wash on winch LyzerKlin RCD - 2 g/l,
4 th kundi wash Hexameta phosphate 0.5 g/l
4 th compartment of soaper if required.
FIFTH STEP
5 th end on jigger Hot water treatment, near to
5 th wash on winch boil no chemicals required.
5 th kundi wash
5 th compartment of soaper
SIXTH STEP
6 th end on jigger Cold wash, acetic acid 0.5
6 th wash on winch g/l if neutralization is
6 th kundi wash required.
6 th compartment of soaper

For batch processes on jigger/ winch change of water is required
per step. For kundis / soaper first two tanks or compartments
are always with running water. For tanks or soaper compartments
under operation 3, 4, 5 & 6; half the water in each compartment
is drained after washing of every one thousand meters of cloth.
The same is replaced at adequate temperature and with equivalent
amount of chemicals like LyzerKlin RCD and hexa meta phosphate.
The water softening chemical is highly essential if silicate
process is used for fixing the prints/dyeings.
The process indicated produces high quality goods, free from
running colour, excellent brightness, unsoiled tint free prints
that are soft to hand touch.
STORAGE: The product enjoys
very good shelf life and warrants no particular storage
conditions. However it is always advisable to have moderate
conditions with the container being recapped tightly after use.
Six months if stored below 30°c
Packing:
30 , 50 & 200 Kgs in Plastic Container.
Note:
According to our best knowledge and technical experiments, the above data is true and accurate. Regarding to variety of consumption procedures, it is recommended to evaluate the
information before use.
