Appearance: White viscous paste with glazy appearance.

Constitution: Complex organic polymer with special additives.

Description: Lyzersilcot 800 has been tailor-made to modify polyester and its blends to look and feel like rich silky cotton. The product assists in upgrading poorly constructed fabric to rich saleable material as well as imparting superior silky feel to the treated substrate. There is no alteration of tone and the treated fabric shows enhanced lusture. There is also considerable enhancement of drape characteristics as well as reduced generation of static charge. The product can be highly effective as a self-finish agent. The recommended application level varies between 35-70 gpl. The finish bath is prepared by adding water in small quantities at a time to the product under stirring to form a homogeneous dispersion. The fabric is passed through the aqueous dispersion of the product followed by squeezing and drying. It can also be suitably blended with co-finish aides if required. However it may be necessary to verify compatibility before bulk operation. Besides polyester Lyzersilcot 800 can be used as a finish aid on cotton, nylon and other blends too.

STORAGE: The product enjoys very good shelf life and warrants no particular storage conditions. However it is always advisable to have moderate conditions with the container being recapped tightly after use. 9 to 12 months if stored below 30°c
