Description: The product is observed to impart a very soft, silky and resilient feel to the substrate treated with it. The uniqueness of the product lies in its ability to impart a peachy effect to the substrate when applied at the recommended levels. The peachy effect can be further enhanced by using a combination of LyzerPeach LE 50 with LyzerDence ATR in equal proportions. The product can be applied by both exhaust and padding methods and possesses good stability to shear and agitation thereby rendering it user friendly. LyzerPeach LE 50 is very highly exhausting in nature which reduces bath wastage. The product possesses good compatibility to most finish agents except anionics which may precipitate the product causing stains. It is imperative to maintain a pH of about 5.0 to achieve optimum exhaustion of the bath as also to impart the desired stability to the product. Further handle modifications if desired can be achieved by the use of LyzerSoft MRF, which changes the handle beyond comprehension and impartsapart from uniqueness of feel, excellent stretch back characteristics. The handle imparted to the fabric is non-greasy in conjunction with improved lubricity characteristics. When added to resin finishing, the product assists in maintaining the tear strength and to some extent and also improves wrinkle recovery property of the finished fabric. The finish is more non-yellowing in nature. The recommended application conc. varies between 10-25 gpl. or 3-5%on the weight of garments. The product is easily dilutable in water in all proportions forming a solution. The substrate to be treated is impregnated with the solution and dried to get the desired effect.

Advantages:  The product cures rapidly at about 110-130 degrees C enhancing its permanency considerably. Any marginal fluctuations in the curing temp. does not produce perceptible discolouration and can be comfortably employed for white fabrics. In fact LyzerSoft CLS (wrinkle resistant chemical) and LyzerPeach LE 50 can be used in the treatment of white fabrics for wrinkle resistance where curing temperatures are of the order of 150-160 degrees C without significantly hampering the white.
The product is bio-eliminable and therefore does not pose much hazard as an effluent water pollutant.
LyzerPeach LE 50 when used in combination with LyzerSoft DSL and applied by the spray method. produces garments with good sheen , a unique peached effect and significant colour depth enhancement The product possesses very good stability to shear and dilution.

Precaution:
The water used for dilution should not be very hard.
The pH of the finish bath should be maintained between 5 and 6 using glacial acetic acid. In case of very hard water, it may be essential to confirm dilution at laboratory level prior to a bulk operation.
The temperature of the application bath should preferably limited to 40-45deg. Cen. to ensure good stability during treatment of garments in a drum washer.

STORAGE: The product is to be kept away from direct sunlight. To avoid changes on prolonged storage it is necessary to recap the container after each use.
