Constitution: Acrylic polymer containing synergistic blends.

Description: Practically all warp yarns of cotton have to be sized to withstand the high mechanical stress involved on the loom. Although certain ply yarns are woven without sizing, normally good sizing is essential for obtaining good loom efficiency. Lizersize 2000 is an excellent aid to be used in combination with Lyotex BP, starch and/or its derivatives, preservatives etc. in the preparation of size paste .It helps to obtain the required strength parameters without causing excessive drop in elongation.

The warp yarn is passed through the size paste and dried. The nonvolatiles deposited on the yarn confer the properties that are required for a good and efficient weaving operation. Normally the dry add on is in the range of about 12 – 15%.
