Lyzer
White Ink
(Synthetic polymeric product containing inert pigments to obtain
white prints on a wide range of fabrics.)
Appearance: White viscous
paste.
Constitution: Titanium-di-oxide
dispersed in a fortified polymeric system.
Description: Lyzer White Ink
is recommended for obtaining white patterns by printing on
polyester and its blend with cellulosic fibres without recourse
to discharge or resist printing. The prints obtained have all
round fastness properties with an extremely good texture.
Lyzer White Ink has excellent flow characteristics, one of the
prime factors for trouble free printing without any chocking
tendency. It is extremely suitable for roller, screen, auto
screen and rotary printing for producing good prints with sharp
outlines. It is offered as a ready to print paste and hence can
be used directly to obtain prints with excellent whiteness or
may be mixed with kerosene water emulsion in any desired
proportion for obtaining subdued off white effects. Addition of
LyzerBond Sigma brings about significant enhancement of fastness
properties. In order to obtain coloured effects various pigment
emulsions can also be added to Lyzer White Ink.
RECIPE:
LYZER WHITE INK: 97 parts
LyzerBond Sigma: 03 parts
Application involves printing the fabric with the above recipe,
drying and finally subjecting the printed fabric to 140-150deg
cen for 4 min. in order to obtain maximum fastness properties.
STORAGE: The product enjoys
very good shelf life and warrants no particular storage
conditions. However it is always advisable to have moderate
conditions with the container being recapped tightly after use.
Six months if stored below 30°c
