PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES
• Brownish viscous liquid.
• Pungent odour.
• Shelf life more than six months.
• pH of 10% solution is 4.5
• Cationic in nature.
• Dilutable with water to any extent.
APPLICATION
Printing method :- Dilute LyzerGlow DP with Guar gum
paste to 1:5 to 1:10 and then print on cotton fabric and dry.
Plain Guar Gum gives best results among all gums used for
printing. TKP, modified Guar, Potato Starch also give results
with LyzerGlow DP, but the depth of print after dyeing is less
compared to plain Guar Gum.
Sodium Alginate gives negative effect; so do not use it while
printing with LyzerGlow DP.
For multicolour effect nonionic pigment powder can be used
along with LyzerGlow DP, which after dyeing gives different
colour in combination with reactive dyes and ground remains
different.
For dyeing reactive colours cold brand, HE Brand & ME Brands can
be used. Remazol (Vinyl Sulphone) type & hot brand colours are
not useful for dyeing of LyzerGlow DP printed fabric.
After printing, drying keep the goods as such for some time
preferably
overnight, which gives even better results.
Dye, printed fabric with cold brand colour up to depth 0.3% to
0.5% shade, add common salt after 30 min. of starting the dyeing
and then proceed as usual. The printed part appears very dark
with very good washing fastness.
Alternatively diluted solution of LyzerGlow DP can be sprayed in
different patterns, dried and dyed in cold brand colours up to
depth 0.3% to 0.5% may give different style.
Soaping treatment after dyeing or printing / dyeing can be done
as usual with LyzerKlin RCD - 2 g/l at boil.
STORAGE: The product enjoys
very good shelf life and warrants no particular storage
conditions. However it is always advisable to have moderate
conditions with the container being recapped tightly after use.
Six months if stored below 30°c.
