LyzerTouch Super

(Acid cellulase for attaining good depilling action along with gloss and luster)

Appearance: Light brown liquid.

Constitution: Cellulase enzyme.

Effect: Lyzertouch Super helps in depilling or biopolishing denim and cotton fabrics. Being an element of cellulase enzyme, it is acid-stable and converts cellulose to lower molecular components. Lyzertouch Super is compatible with non- ionic wetting agents, surfactants, pumice stones etc. Temperature varies between 45-60deg C, maintaining a pH of about 4.5-5.5 with prescribed amount varying between 0.8 to 1.5% owg. Temperatures above 85 deg C for 10 minutes or raising the pH above 8 for the same time results in deactivation of the product.

Lyzertouch Super enzymes have been developed for the finishing processes of cellulose-based textile materials such as cotton, linen, viscose and their blends with synthetic fibers. After the Lyzertouch Super treatment, garments and fabrics become softer, drape better and tend to crease less. They stay pill-free and go on looking and feeling like new - even after repeated washing. Lyzertouch Super also improves the properties of fabrics made from polynosic fibers.

Lyzertouch Super cleans the surface of the knit by removing the fiber ends causing pilling. Thanks to Lyzertouch Super, the knit surfaces become smooth, clean and pill-free. After Lyzertouch Super finishing, knits keep their shape and look like new for much longer.

Lyzertouch Super treatment gives woven textiles softness and fluidity. The fibrillation characteristic for lyocell is easily controlled by treatment with unique Lyzertouch Super cellulases, producing soft fabrics with luxurious feel and drape. Lyzertouch Super finishing can also be used to create entirely new surface aesthetics and treated fabrics can be dyed in deep and bright colors.

The most advanced Lyzertouch Super enzymes work around the fibers, removing surface impurities and loose fiber ends but ensuring that fibers themselves are not damaged.
