LyzerFade DRS

LyzerFade DRS is a novel product for fading effect on Reactive, Direct and Sulphur dyed cotton garments, similar to that of enzyme treated cotton garments. The puckering effect which is important in garment processing is also achieved in fading treatment with LyzerFade DRS.

Physical & Chemical Properties
• Light brown free flowing powder.
• Typical harmless odour.
• Shelf life over six months.
• LyzerFade DRS is anionic in nature, freely soluble in water having alkaline solution.

Application
For fading effect on Reactive / Direct dyed garments treat with:

LyzerFade DRS	1 - 4%	}	owf ( depending upon depth of the shade )
Soda Ash	1%

For fading effect on Sulphur dyed garments, treat with:

LyzerFade DRS	1 - 4%	}	owf ( depending upon depth of the shade )
LyzerKlin DD	1%
Caustic	0.5%

At 80°C – 85°C for 20 to 45 min., followed by hot and cold wash, and final cold wash with Acetic Acid.

The above methods give fading effect similar to that of enzymes but prior trials are suggested before going for bulk trials.

Stotage: The product enjoys very good shelf life and warrants no particular storage conditions. However it is always advisable to have moderate conditions with the container being recapped tightly after use. Six months if stored below 30°c
